Record Number of Holster Sales
at SHOT Show for Comp-Tac Victory Gear
HOUSTON, Texas – (HolsterVault.com) – Comp-Tac Victory Gear, a leading provider of concealed carry holsters, competition shooting gear and OEM Kydex manufacturing, set a new record number of sales at the 2017 SHOT Show this past January 17th-20th.
At the 2017 show, Comp-Tac sold the highest amount it has ever sold at any trade show. Sales included: Comp-Tac’s popular modular Q Line holster, L Line holster, International Holster and magazine pouches.
The Q Line products have proven to be some of the most popular holsters for ranges and gun stores. The Q Line are multi-fit holsters; four sizes can fit up to 80% of the most popular handgun makes and models available. This low number of SKUs helps to keep stores in stock and with high inventory turns to better support their ROI. With the three styles of holster; QH-Hybrid, QI- IWB Concealment and QB- OWB range use holster, the Q Line solves many customer’s major holster headaches.
The L Line holster is a modular holster designed to work with a variety of rail mounted lights and lasers. Covering five different lights and lasers this holster helps customers find a holster to use with their chosen accessory and keeps the amount of inventory needed by gun stores as low as possible.
Comp-Tac recently expanded their services from only providing physical items, to OEM branding and manufacturing services. Businesses who would like to sell products with their logos or have their product ideas turned into reality are contracting with Comp-Tac to help provide even more options to consumers looking to carry their firearm or accessory.
“2017 has been a question mark for every outdoor related business. We have all wondered how the changes around us will affect our businesses and customers. After the SHOT Show, Comp-Tac feels very confident that the future is bright. Our holsters and accessories are still desired by customer’s country wide and we have been able to expand our customer base to include fellow businesses to help everyone grow together. We look forward to the coming year all the possibilities is offers,” commented Gordon Carrell, general manager at Comp-Tac.
